The Thule Guarantee gives you specific legal rights. It does not affect any statutory rights that you have as a purchaser of a defective product. Thule reserves the right to:

  • Replace the item if the damage or defect cannot be repaired
  • Offer a similar product of comparable value, or refund the price paid, if we cannot replace with the same model
The Thule Guarantee does not cover defects resulting from conditions beyond Thule's control. These include, but are not limited to, misuse, overloading, or from failure to assemble, mount or use the product or its accessory in accordance with Thule's written instructions, guidelines, and safety text. Nor does it cover damage to the user's vehicle, electronic devices, cargo, or to any other person or property. How to report a warranty ?

Thule Extended Warranty

Thule?s Extended Warranty applies to products and accessories produced by Thule and sold to the original purchaser under the brand name Thule. The warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship and, depending on the type of product, applies up to a certain number of years from the date of the original retail purchase. Please see below the specific length of the total warranty (Thule Guarantee plus Thule Extended Warranty) for each product. Subject to the limitations and exclusions described in this warranty, Thule remedies defects in materials or workmanship during the warranty period, by repairing or replacing (Thule's option) the defective component(s) without charge for parts or labor. To make sure that your Thule Extended Warranty is valid,register your productwith us within two years of your purchase.

FAQs


My item has reached me damaged/faulty/missing parts, what should I do now?

In this unlikely event, we advise all customers that any issues must be communicated within 2 working days of the delivery taking place. Please CONTACT US at your earliest convenience by using the contact seller option. To ensure quick resolution, please attach photos of the damage or fault if possible on first contact. If you have parts missing from your order please send a picture of everything that you have received so we can see what is missing. This can be done using the \"attach photos\" tab located underneath the message box We aim to respond to all emails and messages as soon as possible and will do all we can to resolve any issues as efficiently as possible.

Can I collect my order?

We do not offer customer collection as we operate from a few warehouses across the country that do not allow public access.

I have ordered more than one item, will they be delivered together?

As we operate from a few warehouses around the country we are unable to guarantee that your items would arrive together.

I would like my parcel to be left in a secure location, can this be done?

In a case where the customer requests for the goods to be left (without a signature), we will do our best to notify the courier/driver prior to their arrival. We are not liable for any theft/damage/loss that may occur ONCE delivery has taken place.

The address on my order is wrong, can this be changed?

If you notice that the address on your order is incorrect please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to change shipping address. Once the Item has been dispatched we are unable to change the address.

Can I buy the towbar neck on its own?

Unfortunately we do not sell the necks or other parts of the towbars separately. We only sell complete towbars.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, at the moment we are unable to ship orders either to Northern Ireland or any other country.



Returns Process


If you wish to return an item to us please follow the below steps

  • Contact us through eBay message
  • Repackage the item or items purchased
  • Write the provided RMA number on the outside of the packing to help us identify your return
  • Failure to write the RMA Number on the return Package can delay the returns process
  • Send the item or items back to the address provided
  • We can provide either a Collection service through our courier or a parcel drop off service
  • When the item is received back with us it will be inspected and if all is OK the refund will be processed

If you receive a damaged or faulty item please contact us within 48 Hours of receiving the item
