Activation of airtime must take place within 6 months of purchase.

·         This Iridium satellite phone prepaid SIM can be used in all current and past Iridium satellite phones including 9500, 9505, 9505A, 9555, 9575 Extreme and Go!

·         SIM card can be activated on a future date, simply select your activation date using our online activation request form.

·         The card can be activated at any time, simply email us with the date you would like us to activate the card and we will be happy to oblige.

·         No activation fee applies. Further credit can be added to the SIM if required. Unused minutes will not roll over if further credit is added.

If the expiry date is not extended then your SIM Card will expire and become invalid. Your SIM will enter a 270-day grace period in which you may reactivate the SIM by adding a new voucher, however the original balance will be lost and will not be added to the new balance. After this 270-day period has ended the SIM will automatically deactivate meaning that you will need to purchase a new SIM Card and pre-paid voucher.

Data and voicemail activation's are included.

There is no fee for activation or incoming voice calls or SMS.

The SIM can be activated immediately or any date in the future using our easy to use online activation request web page.

Please note that upon requesting activation of your prepaid airtime you are agreeing that we can start providing your network services before the end of the usual statutory cancellation period and that by doing so you lose your right to cancel your purchase of the prepaid airtime or request a refund. As a result, please check that you have ordered the correct airtime for your handset or terminal. Please refer to our terms and conditions for full information. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For deliveries made to addresses within the EU, eBay will remove the VAT included in our advertised price and you will be charged the net amount.
