This is Vintage Hungary Friction Plastic and Tin Toy Car - Citroen DS 19.

L - about 16cm

Condition:

Friction mechanism Not work, there is damage. 

Slight scratches on back window.

Possible slight scratches in some places on the body. 

Generally, in good vintage condition.
