Small old Buddha statue from Tibet

An absolutely beautiful piece!

I estimate the statue to be approx. to 25 years old. She is in very good condition. Buddha has a light green patina, beautiful! The statue is open at the bottom, so you can see how massive the statue is. It was not weighed down with concrete on the inside.

I bought the statue in Durbar Square in Kathmandu from a Tibetan.

The Sakyamuni Buddha is depicted in the bestowal mudra and with his alms pot. 

The material is bronze and very solid. The dreamlike statue weighs 1.1 kilos

Simply beautiful to put on the house altar or shrine...
