New & Used Car Parts 

Warehouse clearance parts – these are items that have been either returned due to not fitting the correct vehicle or the box has slight storage damage so sold at a cheaper price to clear. All parts are inspected before advertising so please check pictures for the condition before purchasing.

All discounted items are sold as seen and will not be provided with a warranty. Any questions please contact us and we will help as best we can. 

 

Unsure if this item will fit your vehicle?  

1. Read the listing carefully and confirm the part is compatible with your vehicle  

2. Check the photo is identical to your old part  

3. If you are still unsure, just message your car’s registration number so we can check for you  

 

Fitting  

We recommend all our parts are fitted by qualified persons to ensure correct installation and compatibility. We do not accept any liability for the costs involved in this.  

All labour costs incurred as part of an agreement between you and your chosen garage and as such, any labour charge disputes should be handled between those parties concerned. We recommend thoroughly checking compatibility of products on receipt before commencing installation.  

This does not affect your warranty where applicable or your statutory rights. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us.  

 

Delivery 

We aim to ship all packages as quickly as possible – Packages are dispatched once payment has cleared and will be shipped by Parcel Force 48hr. All orders are sent as soon as possible however, there is no guarantee your order will be delivered in the 48-hour period and all orders should be expected between 3 – 5 working days before contacting our team.    

We dispatch all orders Monday – Friday. Orders placed over weekends and public holidays will be dispatched the next working day. Please note some items will require a signature and if you are not home to receive the package, then the package may be taken back to the depot delaying the delivery time. Please be aware that with heavy items the courier may require assistance to unload your order.  

Please contact us if you live outside the UK before purchasing as the postage price will be different from what is displayed.  

 

Returns  

If for any reason you wish to return your order, please contact us within 30 days from the date of receipt of your order. We ask that all returning items are provided in an un-used state in their original packaging with no additional tape on the original box. 

 

If you have purchased an item by mistake or have changed your mind about a purchase, please contact us as soon as possible so we can resolve this issue. All our orders are checked before dispatch against the picture and information on the advert so if your item doesn’t fit and we haven’t advised that it would fit then the return costs will be your responsibility.  

If your item doesn’t fit and we haven’t advised before purchase it doesn’t make the item not as described or advertised incorrectly, it means the wrong part has been bought for your vehicle.  

Any faulty items please contact us within 7 days of item arrival so we can resolve any damages through the courier team.  

We cannot be held responsible for any parcels lost in the post, therefore please make sure all returns are processed through a recorded courier service and keep any proof of postage so we can refund you.
