The keyboard requires a "hard press" for some of the keys at the top.  The speakers are a bit crackly, and there is a chip out of the case (see pictures).  Otherwise, the laptop works as it should!  We are selling the laptop "AS IS".  No power supply included.  Ships same day or next!
