1 New SUPER bright high-quality LED bulbs commonly used in snowmobiles such as Arctic Cat, Rupp, and Skiroule and others that use a 12-volt DC single contact bulb (needs rectifier added to get DC volts if on AC). If you have AC at the headlight to get DC you can add a voltage rectifier or run power for the headlights off a battery. This bulb fits directly into your headlight and plugs into your harness. It is brighter, lasts longer, uses less watts (but is 10x brighter per watt), and will not melt your lens if kept on too long. This is a non-polarity bulb so you just plug it in. It's as easy as changing a light bulb.

This bulb is custom made with a front projection lens, the beam angle is 360 degrees, it has a steel base and an alloy body. However, it is the front projection lens that makes it so effective. It is about 2100lm in brightness. It's just a better engineered bulb. In the pictures there are illustrations of the bulb installed. The bulb will last 50,000 hours and is bright white in color (6500K).

Important: Please note many late model Arctic Cat, Rupp, and Skiroul sleds came from the factory with AC power to the headlight. Even though the sled may have a battery in stock form, the headlight is AC powered. This LED bulb will smoke itself quickly if you do not use a rectifier. Or to get 12-volt DC power to the headlight tap a DC power source on the sled (battery, or output wire of the rectifier; maybe the taillight positive wire?).

There are some machines that require 2 headlight bulbs.

If you need a different style bulb, please send me a picture we can match it. Or send message us your machine's model and year.

Please note: light bulbs are a part of an electrical system in a machine. For bulbs to function properly components such as electrical system, stator, voltage regulator, and light bulb sockets need to be fully functional. Common malfunctions are: Loose ground wire, bare positive wire causing a short, poor contact between the bulb and light socket, and malfunctioning voltage regulator which would cause high DC voltage or AC voltage getting into the wiring harness and blowing bulbs instantly.

Ships from a small business in Oklahoma, United States and we ship the same or next shipping day via USPS with free tracking. Buyer pays actual shipping cost. No overcharge. After the first set, all other sets ship at no additional cost.

This is a replacement bulb for classic snowmobiles if they have been converted to DC at the headlight:
