19th CENTURY INDO-PERSONA MUGHAL EMPIRE GOUACHE MINIATURE PAINTING AND TEXT

This is a lovely and delicate 19th century INDO-PERSIAN Mughal Empire gouache painting on paper depicting a man on with a horse while other men partake in drinking and a rest in a hilly and flowered landscape. The back of the frame has an old label that reads "hand painted illustrated page from Persian book found in New Delhi, India, 1976".  This painting could also be older than 19th century, as the Indo-Persian paintings were similar in style as far back as the 16th century.

Condition: Excellent condition. Excellent color. professionally framed and matted under glass in fine gold-painted frame. I have not opened the frame.
