It is lined and the material is 100% polyester.

The length across the underarms is approximately 17 inches

The length across the waist is approximately 11 inches (will stretch a couple of inches)

The length from the shoulder top to the bottom of the dress is approximately 45 inches

The length across the bottom flares to approximately 40 inches
