Antique Art Deco Cast Metal Clown Street Light Dog Hydrant Tie Belt Rack.

This antique tie rack is in very good condition, for it's age. It is made of some kind of cast metal, with a brass base and hangers. Two of the hangers are missing the bottom hooks. I believe that at one time there was a leash or chain of some sort between the clown's hand, and the dog's collar. The paint is mostly complete, but does have some chips. Measures approximately 10 and 1/2 inches along the brass hanger part, and approximately 6 inches high at it's tallest point.
