Flocked Plastic Orange Tabby Cat Bank Stripe Kitten Tiger Sitting Kitty China.

This bank appears to be unused. Please see photos as it has some places where the flocking is lighter “as if” it is scratched or the flock is going a different direction. The flock is still there. You can Not brush it to be a uniform color. I haven’t tried taking the plug out. The bag that it is in is crinkled. It is pretty light weight, so not sure how it would hold up for a lot of change.
