RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Returns/Exchanges:

We hope you will enjoy your purchase, but if you change your mind, you can return the merchandise within 30 days of receiving date. Please note that a restocking fee of up to 20% may apply to your credit. 

A refund will be given as Money Back. 

The product must be received in new, unused condition. To begin your return or exchange, please follow the instructions provided. 

For sanitary health concerns, we cannot accept the returns of products that have been used or opened.

Damaged Shipments:

If items you received were damaged during transit, you should contact our Customer Service within 48 hours of the confirmed delivery date. Please note that you will be provided with a printable return label and will not be charged a restocking fee.

Unclaimed Packages:

Packages that were sent to the customer and returned to us by the shipping carrier for reasons such as: "Incorrect Shipping Address," "Unclaimed," or "No Authorized Recipient Available" will be refunded to the customer. The original shipping rate we paid to the carrier will be deducted from the refund.
