in good condition.

 

This item made by Lee LeBlanc features the 1981-82 design for the duck stamp for Arkansas (Mallards), and it is signed by the artist and numbered 5740/7200. With additional folder on the reverse.
 

This item has been previously owned and is in good condition overall but has wear and tear to the frame primarily- the folder on the artist also has a lot of yellow spotting (mildew/mold). The print and stamp appear fine all the same, but please view all photos.

It has no other damage and will be an excellent addition to any Lee LeBlanc collection.
