vintage 1942 Washington license plates pair Rusty cool 999.

These are very rusty but still very intact and very cool I have no idea what color they were originally because now they’re just pure rust colored but they are a pair the license reads  N- 11999 so not only are they rusty but they have cool numbers. Thanks for looking
