Original Vintage Penguin Book -  Death-Watch John Dickson Carr No. 914

1966 Edition. 

With MISPRINT on publication date page. This book was actually first published by Penguin on 24th July 1953. However, in this 1966 reprint edition, the date of first publication in Penguin books is erroneously printed as 1935. 

In good condition for its age, please see all my attached pictures and the condition guidelines below. 

Cover: Intact, good colour though does have marks, creases and scuffs from age and use. 

Spine / Binding: Intact, no vertical creases along spine. Minor scuffs along edges and nicks to the corners, with a small 2cm tear at the bottom. Binding is very tight - pages do not fall open easily. 

Pages: Some tanning, more toward outer edges of pages. A few pages with little corner creases. No other marks. 

Inscriptions: Pencilled numbers on the first page.
