Most things I ship flat rate, I do not control prices, prices are non negotiable. I do try to off multiple shipping options so you can choose the cheapest. I do combine shipping but you MUST contact me BEFORE paying for your items if you are interested in combining shipping. I do ship outside the U.S. But only through global shipping program, that option is available on all my listings. All items have a 2 business day handling time listed, however most orders will ship the next business day after payment is received. I try to offer two shipping options on my listings. Please check to see if a flat rate option will save you money.
Offers;
Offers of 50% or less than the listed price will be immediately declined. Repeated low-ball offers will result in you being blocked.
Payment;
Payment is expected within 24 hours of purchase, purchase is defined as buying an item at full price, having your best offer accepted, or being the winning bidder on an item. Unpaid items cases will be opened if payment is not received, once an unpaid item case is opened I cannot cancel it or the order. Not paying for an item for any reason will result in you being blocked.
