All of our products include FREE shipping to all of the lower 48 states. 

All orders placed Monday - Friday before 12:00 PM Central will ship the same day.  Any orders placed after that time will ship the next business day.   

Because of our volume our shipping teams work 24 hours a day so we can not promise any cancellations after our standard office hours. Standard office hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central. Contact our customer service team as quickly as possible for the best possibility of catching the order before it ships.

If a delivery is refused we will deduct the shipping cost to and from your location from refund amount.

If an address change is requested after the item has shipped there will be a $15 per package fee from FedEx that will be charged to the customer before the change can be made. We can't guarantee an address change.

We ship  via FedEx ground, UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail for small packages.  Any order with a total price of $750 or more will require a signature upon delivery.

If you have received a product that is not what you ordered please do not open a case, but contact us immediately and we will ​work quickly to correct the situation for you.

*Filters are an odd item to ship and generally will ship in multiple packages/bundles.  If you do not receive all of your filters at once please do not worry or open a case. Occasionally the shipments get separated during the shipping process, they will usually arrive the next delivery day.  If not please contact us  and we will be happy to help you!*

 We do not currently ship outside of the lower 48 states

We accept free returns up to 21 days after the purchase date.  All filters must be brand new and never mounted.   If we receive a filter and they are used we will not process the refund.

To start a return please go to your order on eBay and select start a return.  Your return will automatically accepted via eBay if it meets the correct return policies.  

DO NOT use the supplied USPS labels from eBay unless it is a small package.  Their systems unfortunately are not setup for items as big as engine air filters or big body parts and for multiple product returns.  If these labels are used we can not guarantee that your products will arrive correctly, or that there will not be an extra charge for shipping once they arrive.

No address changes will be accepted that are different from the original eBay order.

If the product is damaged during shipping or the incorrect product is shipped ROYAL HOLDING USA PLUS will cover the shipping cost to return the product and to send a replacement.

Once the filters are received back to our warehouse please allow 3 business days to process.
