Please consider these requirements prior to your purchase, while all roof racks we sell are regarded as DIY and come with comprehensive DIY instructions, the above parameters apply and we suggest that if you have any concerns in that regard you either consult someone who does prior to purchase or simply arrange professional installation after you purchase.

We ASSUME no responsibility regarding the assembly, installation AND ultimate USAGE  of this product and will not accept any returns OR CLAIMS in that regard.

ROOF RACKS are a particularly vehicle specific accessory and rely on the correct identification of your vehicle TO ENSURE the correct roof rack fitment – we cannot do this for you!

We do not accept any responsibility for your incorrect selection of our products.  If you are unsure if the ROOF RACK you wish to purchase may be the correct one for your vehicle or have any questions in that regard, email us with most or all of the above specifications and if possible some front, side and rear photos of your vehicle SO we can ensure that you are sent the correct fitting roof rack for your exact model.  We will ship you the rack that you purchase EXACTLY as per THIS listing and the accompanying item description and photos. – we do not accept any liability or loss in regards to you purchasing a roof rack that is unsuitable for your needs or the wrong roof rack for your vehicle.

Please be AWARE that Roof racks like many automotive accessories require a certain level of mechanical and practical skill for a secure, precise and safe installation.

4. Terms & Conditions of Sale:

Successful winning bidder (buyer) must either pay in full or contact seller within 48 hours to advise payment option. Payment must be made in full including delivery charges if applicable or item picked up COD within 3 days of closing of auction.  Buyer must contact seller in the event that any of these T & C’s presents a problem. A NON-PAYMENT CASE will be opened with eBay  after 4 days if payment has not been received AND THE ITEM RE-LISTED.  PAY PAL is our preferred payment choice:

Inspection is invited at anytime during our business hours by appointment prior to the closing of the auction by arrangement with seller. 6. The seller offers NO warranty, exchange, credit, replacement or refund, other than those prescribed by NSW Statute or Consumer Law of NSW unless otherwise stated. item if applicable or online Warranty registration details provided.

7. We use “Couriers Please” -  Australia wide delivery network to deliver our sale items. A signature is required upon receipt unless you have opted for the “leave without signature” delivery option, in which case once the item is left at your designated address by the courier and signed off in his scanner (GPS verified) any liability or risk on our part or Couriers Please ceases. This option MUST BE NOMINATED at the time of payment.

TRACKING:
