Return Policies
Return Instruction:
(a) contact seller via message (b) Include your eBay ID and item number. (c) Return the item with invoice included along with a detailed message describing the reason for return/exchange/refund
 
Within 2 weeks after delivery -We will kindly accept returns or a request for refund for the following reasons:
1. If the original buyer receives a defective item, we will issue a full refund or exchange of equal or lesser value.
2. If the original buyer receives a wrong item, we will issue a refund or an exchange for the correct product.
3. Short-shipments, DOA (Dead On Arrival) and Deviations products must be reported within 3 days from delivery date
4. For non-defective items, the original buyer will pay shipping back to us for an exchange or a refund. Buyers are responsible to pay return shipping unless the return is a result of our mistake

5. All returned items must be in the original packaging with all components and accessories included.
