RETURN POLICY

As our esteemed customers, we provide well packed items in every shipment, but if, for certain reason, our goods do not meet your expectation or in damaged condition while you're receiving it, please contact us through eBay. We will immediately take every way possible to ensure your total satisfaction. Below are our quick SOP for your reference. 

1. Check goods soon within 30 days after it's received.

2. Keep the invoice, accessories and the goods as its original condition and re-wrap them. (For personal hygiene reason, used goods will not be able to do return or refund.)

3. Return the package under buyer's charge, and tell us to do replacement or refund for you.

4. Replacement or refund will be executed immediately once we receive goods.
