Dispatch & Delivery
Orders are being dispatched from the UK within one working day as advertised on our listings.
Domestic shipping within the UK is free with Royal Mail 48. This provides a GPS confirmation scan when your order is delivered. You may wish to upgrade your postage to Royal Mail 24 for a small fee.
The estimated delivery date displayed on eBay is just an estimate, with the large majority of our customers receiving their orders before the due date. Local Royal Mail delays are out of control and we ask for your patience when these occur. To guarantee next working day delivery within the UK, please select Royal Mail Special Delivery 1pm when placing your order.
International shipping is available for a small fee automatically calculated at the checkout and with an additional option to an end-to-end tracking/signed for peace of mind.

Returns Policy
Customer satisfaction is very important to us. We're happy to help, if you need to return an item because it's the wrong size or you have simply changed your mind. You have 60 calendar days from the date you received your delivery to return the item to us in its original condition. To do this, you'll need to include your order number, full name and address with your return.
To send the item back, take it to your local Post Office using the returns address provided on your parcel. You will need to cover the cost of return postage unless you can prove the item you received was faulty. We recommend keeping proof of postage and using a recorded delivery service for your return to help us track the item on its way back to us.
To ensure a smooth and speedy refund process, please message or email us to notify us of the return. Once we receive the item in its original unused and resaleable condition, we will refund your account usually within two working days. The way you originally paid for the order will determine how you are refunded.
