Important! Please make sure that you have purchased the correct color in the kit for repairing natural leather, vinyl and artificial leather for car interiors.First carry out a test on an inconspicuous area of the seat, the steering wheel or any other element where you want to repair. Apply a thin layer, about 1-2cm and dry it with a hair dryer, check If the color matches the leather. If it happens that the color doesn't match the leather - don't worry, we'll replace the color for you.
STEP 1
Before starting work, thoroughly clean the leather seats, the steering wheel and other elements of the interior of the car with products intended for artificial and natural leather. You must also dry the surface to be repaired.
STEP 2
The leather, vinyl and natural leather must be degreased before beginning the repair and application of leather paint.
STEP 3
After degreasing, paint can be applied. Proceed as follows: first apply a thin layer of paint with a sponge, then dry it with a hair dryer for 10-15 minutes. Do the same with subsequent layers, for best results apply 3-4 layers. For use with spray guns or similar, the paint can be diluted with water, but not more than 10%.
STEP 4
After coloring it is essential to apply a layer of leather sealant/protective varnish for leather. Not only does this act as a protective layer for the colour, but it also highlights it and offers a pleasant touch. Important: After you have finished working with the leather, you should let it rest for 24 hours and do not overexert yourself.
