Antique Imperial Russian Faberge Military Cane Handle Silver Enamel Nephrite Pearls M. Perkhin

I am pleased to present to you for sale this old antique walking stick handle from the Russian Empire.

The handle is a handmade craftsmanship made by the jeweler Michael Perkhin (a leading workmaster of Fabergé).

The cane holder is made of solid silver and is decorated with green enamel, high quality nephrite cabochon, natural pearls and the personal monogram of Tsar Nicholas II of Russia.

Such jewelry items were presented personally by the emperor as a gift or award to his closest and to distinguished officers. Few had the privilege to be awarded by the emperor Nikolai II with a special prize wearing his personal monogram.

The handle has a lid on top which reveals a secret container.

The cane holder is marked with the respective imperial Russian silver hallmark “84”, the initials of the craftsman “М.П” and a stamp of St. George – the coat of arms of Moscow.

The item is in good condition.

Please look at the pictures carefully as they are an integral part of the description.
