The items are re-bagged into a clear bag (see pictures). You get all the pieces inside the box (the food container and the figure inside). None of the food containers have been opened and played with. 

The pictures shown are of an actual item we have/had on hand to show you what you will get. Please note that these items can have color variances/minor paint issues or scuff mark due to the manufacturing process - these are not considered defects - please keep this in mind as you purchase.
