This is an original Fisher Price Pull-A-Tune Xylophone toy made of wood and metal, with it’s original yellow wood mallet. The mallet has a round blue wood knob at the end and is attached to a long blue nylon pull cord. It’s Fisher Price #870 manufactured from 1957 to 1965. In this version the toy name is heat stamped on both sides of the toy (no paper litho logo). The xylophone consists of 8 multi colored metal planks that play the musical tones, mounted on top of black felt. The base of this wood toy is white, with 4 red wood wheels. When pulled across the floor, the toy plays some musical notes. Pull-A-Tune Xylophone is a long-lived Fisher Price toy that later went thru several evolutions.  In very good vintage condition with expected wear from play, see photos for best description.
