*How to use:
1.For muscle pain and arthritis – rub the oil on the sore area with quick superficial movements, without rubbing into the skin. Cover this area of skin with something warm and rest for a few minutes. Wash your hands thoroughly with soap after this procedure.
Warning - Please do not wash the affected area of the body for at least 2 hours.
