Introduction:

A5 is an improved circuit design of PASS A3. The HI-END material is well received by Audiophile. Refer to the PASS A5 circuit of the famous U.S Audiophile machine. The sound style is similar to that of A3, but the power of A5 is larger. It has a 8 ohm speaker load. The output power can be up to 60W at a time, and the output can reach up to 90W at a 4 ohm speaker load. The sound field is wide, the low frequency is strong, and the driving force is better than A3. It is one of the excellent circuit choices for DIY single-ended pure A power amplifier.

Adopt HI-END double-sided purple gold-plated PCB, with large area copper traces on the top, bottom and bottom, and can push tin, which is very stable when large current passes. Using Audiophile HI-END component 0.5W 718 military-grade high-precision low-noise resistance, amplifier tube source and output use Japan high-power Audiophile resistance, Audiophile Nichicon KG audio capacitor, decoupling ROE axial capacitor, IRFP250 FET output tube and differential tube IRF9610 is precisely matched to make the midpoint output voltage as low as 50mV. The sound is sweet and honest, the music taste is very good, transparent, the low frequency flexibility is very good, and the human voice is very poisonous. NOTE 1: PASS A5 is a pure Class A power amplifier, it is very hot, so the heat sink requirements are particularly high, please do not turn on the power without the heat sink installed, otherwise the FET tube will be burned immediately after the power is turned on. The weight of the heat sink is not less than 5KG per channel.
