Beer / Coffee MUG / STEIN Iowa License Plate Motif- MOOREVILLE POTTERY Metallic.

I attempted to capture the metallic glaze on this USA made mug, and or stein. At first glance, it presents as a large oversized coffee mug. However, I do see it marketed elsewhere as a beer stein so I’ve added both of those to the listing as a descriptor .

The piece has a chocolate brown color with the underneath of darker black showing through the license plate motif that depicts an Iowa antique auto plate,numbered DD027 from the year 1928. The mug even shows the screws from the “images license plate “ very neat
