These plots are located in the "Crescent Lawn" section (which is sold out) in Green Hills, Memorial Park in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Top of the hill, highest point in the cemetery, beautiful open view.
We have 2 plots spaces available - plot #438 C and D (side by side, highlighted in picture #3), both are companion.
These can be purchased as single or together ($22,000 each).
Buyer to pay transfer fees and any associated costs. Currently the transfer fee is $675.00.
These are family plots, we no longer live in California. All transfer of deeds will be handled by Green Hills.
