Ancapelion Oversize Loose T Shirt Dress.  Womens Size Small which the manufacturer suggests as size 8-10 - this looks big, please see measurements and note that it is intended to be oversize.

FAULT: Although this is new in bag, there is a small hole in the front, this would be repairable with a little know how.  Price significantly reduced and includes the postage costs.
