Super rare to find this complete AND working! The battery compartment stays closed with a wire but at least it HAS a cover! It has the working light bulb in front and working lights in driver compartment!  When turned on, it "howls", makes running noise and a bell dings. It only actually moves when it wants to... so I suppose I will sell it as "non-moving".  (Although I have seen it move!)  When it moves, it goes straight and then in circles and the driver's head bobs back and forth. Such a cool collectible toy!  WOW!
