• Most orders received prior to 11:00 AM CST are generally shipped the same business day

Obtain a return authorization from The Yellow Goose Store

All products MUST be in original packaging, unopened, untested, unsealed and unused

If product was part of a set, the compete set must be returned to The Yellow Goose Store and ALL components of the set MUST meet the requirements in #3.

Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  

If all the above requirements have been met, The Yellow Goose Store will issue a refund of the original purchase price MINUS the original, verified shipping charge. 

In the event of a misrepresentation of a product: 

• The Yellow Goose Store will gladly accept the return and issue a refund immediately upon receipt.  

• PLEASE NOTE:  All computer/phone/tablet screens show varying degrees of color.  We attempt to show you the best color representation possible.  A difference in color is NOT a misrepresentation.
