This listing is for a vintage Radio Flyer wagon.  If you enlarge the pictures you can see that it has a few minor splits around some of the fasteners.  I think the easiest/best way to deal with these while still maintaining the rustic/aged/weathered look would be to simply find a few rusty washers to put on the screws.  In my opinion, it is in fair condition.  It would make a great rustic decorative piece or I have also seen many people use these as yard ornaments/planters.  Please enlarge the pictures and look at each of them as they are part of the description.
