Steps for usage

Fill the barrel with the right amount of wine

Tighten the dispenser to the barrel

Make sure the CO2 gas cylinder is installed in the off position

Apply pressure quickly, about 10-20psi

Press the handle to make beer

Cleaning Step

1. Unscrew the bottle cap and put in a spoonful of edible alkali

2. Slowly fill up the water, shake the barrel to make it fully immersed in the water, and let it stand for 1-2 hours
