Open cutouts on top layer of fabric, solid fuchsia underneath. One strap, and one clear strap. The fuchsia strap has about 1-2 inches of extra length if it needs to be altered. Also, I'm not sure if the way it's displayed on the mannequin is correct. Silver faux front buckle, on belt that snaps in back. Buckle could use a light polishing. 85% nylon 15% spandex. Measurements are with garment laid flat and unstretched.
