Each box is custom made starting from a 12"x20" finished piece of wood.  The wood is masked with tape, laser cut and then the images painted black so that they have greater clarity than just the wood burn by the laser.  Each piece is then cleaned and glued together carefully so that there is less chance of the box coming apart.  The entire process from start to finish can take anywhere from 8 to 12 hours to complete due to the imaging time for the detail on the box.  The goal is to make you something that you cannot find anywhere else and will also bring you (or the gift receiver) joy for years to come.
