Cellini, or better, the Cellini Pipe Shop as it became known for its brand "Cellini," from its company name, Victory Pipe Craftsmen, was located in the heart of downtown Chicago, Illinois: 170 N. Franklin St, Chicago IL, 60606. One of Cellini's locations was across the street from Zimmerman's Liquor Store. The company got its start in 1927 aided by a friendship between Arthur (Art) Silber and Tracy Mincer, who went to Custom-Bilt fame in 1934.

UNSMOKED! At a mere ¾ of an ounce, this ultra featherweight Cellini Cutty shaped pipe is made for those that relish very lightweight clenching pipes. Draft hole is center and well above the bottom of the chamber. Tenon to mortise union is sound, snug and flush. Pipe does not accept a filter. Pipe weighs only a mere 0. 79 ounces (22.5 grams) No fills. No handling marks.
