NOTE - Due to how stiff the joints are on this figurine, the right arm has broken off, this is quite common and can be fixed/repaired if you wish to do so.
Please see the last photo, I have used bluetac as a temporary fix to hold it in place.
Minus the broken arm on this figure, it is in great condition for its age for being over 10 years old, I have not tested it, but I believe this is the talking version.
I have included many
photos to show condition as well as the box itself,
even though it is somewhat new, it has suffered a little storage wear.
Very uncommon to come by, and unfortunately this one is in broken condition.
