Fender Made in Japan Traditional

The Made in Japan Traditional series is the result of combining Fender's traditional instrument-making aesthetic with refined Japanese craftsmanship. The authentic Fender DNA is brought back to life with solid Made in Japan quality.

The Made in Japan Traditional Jazz Bass features a gloss-finish basswood body and a 9.5" radius "U" shape maple neck with 20 vintage-style frets. A four-saddle vintage-style bridge and original pickups selected specifically for the Traditional series produce a realistic and musical vintage tone. Solid guitar craftsmanship and flexible answers to players' needs are reflected in this series.

Body/neck design has been changed based on US data.

The color has been toned to match the US color.

Pickguard material has been reconstructed based on US product materials.

Alnico 5 P.U. is used for all products. Alnico 5 was used for the P.U. on all products, making it closer to the Vintage sound.

The head logo has been changed under the topcoat, and the design has also been changed based on US data.

The nut width and fretboard radius were changed.
