D2 Blade

D2 is a common tool steel and knife steel. Its relatively high wear resistance, along with good hardness and toughness, make it work well as a knife steel. With its high chromium content, it holds a unique position in the stainless steel vs carbon steel debate. D2 has somewhat better wear resistance and toughness than 440C, the most commonly used stainless steel in the 70s. Therefore, for makers who feel that the stain resistance of D2 is "good enough," it could offer superior properties.

Finger Choil

Good looking and safe. With the finger choil, the handle can be tightened better during use.

Micarta Handle

Micarta is a flax or paper fabric laminated with epoxy resin. Its structure is very similar to G-10. Its advantages are lightweight and good durability. Its surface has a pattern of linen or cardboard, which has greater friction than the G-10 handle. Micarta has a certain degree of water absorption, and the color will change when wet.

Kydex Sheath

The durable KYDEX SHEATH holds the fixed blade knife with excellent security. It will snap in with authority, no movement, no rattle; your blade is safe and secure when you're on the move.
