RIP Phenom R11s 50g by Aldila L-Flex Graphite Shaft w/RH Taylormade adapter.   To my knowledge, they have never been on a club.

Shaft is like new 9+, and the grip is unused but getting hard.  Taylormade tip appear to be factory installed.
