Looks to be in Excellent condition overall. Set generally consists of:

-Locomotive and 5 Cars in individual boxes (not known if the individual boxes are original to Kusan factory. I have seen other like sets that are shipped from factory in cardboard inserts only, but Kusan did some weird things toward the end of their toy train production. This is how the set was found, some 40 years ago.

-Instruction Packet which contains: Instruction Booklet, Lock-On, Wires (no Warranty card as referenced on outside of envelope)

-The Compressortron car works, Locomotive works (missing headlight bulb along with searchlight car bulb).

-KS-6 transformer, has been tested: Good

-4 Straight and 12 Curve track are present in the original box marked “12 PCS- 042-C, 4 PCS.- 042”

-All nicely housed in Original KF-119 master carton with Western Auto Addressee


I have done a fairly thorough inspection of each car. They all look in surprisingly great shape. The Canisters have a few bent tabs which I guess is fairly common (may have even come out of the factory molds that way). A little paint wear on top of Compressortron car halo (which appears to be missing it's foam ball load). There is a small scratch on the nose of the locomotive above headlight (see photo).
