Packaging (PVC outer covering or cardboard insert with item photo) may show signs of wear from removal and inspection or general warehouse handling. In some rare cases, cardboard insert may have been discarded due to excessive damage and/or costume has been put in a replacement bag due to original being damaged. Rest assured, though, all items are new and unused unless otherwise specified in "item condition."

Returns are not accepted except in very specific circumstances, be sure to take yours or your child's measurements and check the size chart on any costume you are considering for purchase. Every costume is specific to each individual brand, ?small? for one brand, may be a ?large? for another. If size chart is not posted in this listing, you can access the size chart for each brand on their website. 

Remember: When your measurements border between two sizes, it is best to choose the larger of the two. Costumes from any manufacturer tend to run slightly small compared to traditional clothing.
