Ceylon Coriander Whole Seeds And Ground Powder Herbal Spices Premium Quality

Coriander, (Coriandrum sativum), also called cilantro or Chinese parsley, feathery annual of the parsley family (Apiaceae), parts of which are used as both an herb and a spice. Native to the Mediterranean and Middle East regions, the plant is widely cultivated in many places worldwide for its culinary uses.

Coriander powder and seeds add a different texture and flavor to the dish. While coriander seeds are mostly used for making spice blend, pickling spices and spice pastes, ground coriander is added to curries, soups, stir fries and more.

Besides that, all parts of coriander plant are edible but only the dried seeds and fresh leaves that are mostly and widely used in the kitchen to spices the foods up.

Coriander powder :

Coriander powder is derived from the seeds of the coriander plant. It add a mild flavor and to sweet aroma to sweet and savory food preparations. Most commonly, it is bought as whole dried seeds and ground as and when needed, but it can also be found as a readymade powder.

Coriander powder add a fresh pop of flavor to many spice blend, including garam masala, curry powder and taco seasoning.
