PAYMENT

• We accept the following form of payment: Bank Deposit (preferred) , Paypal, Australia Money Order and Personal Cheque
• Please write your eBay ID as reference with your payment.
• Payment is expected no later than 7 days after an auction's end. Please contact us if there is a reason your payment may be delayed. After 7 days we will relist the item and a non-paying bidder report will be submitted to eBay.
• Please leave note for your special request (e.g. Colors or Size) in eBay note when you pay the order.

SHIPPING

• For Australia buyer, we will shipped our items by Australia Post & Courier Services; (e.g. Fastway, Couriers Please, SmartSend, Pack&Send etc)
• We will post the item to the address of your eBay registered. Please ensure your address & mobile number is correct.
• If the item returns to us without fault, buyer will pay the shipping and handling fees again.
• If you haven’t received the item within 15 days from the payment, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve any concerns. 
• Shipping insurance can be purchased for an additional fee.

RETURNS

• For change of mind, returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery. Returned item has to be in its original condition and unused. Buyer has to pay for the return postage fee.
