To bead this choker, I did netted weave using dark aqua, twisted, bugle beads, and lavender and teal, size 10, seed beads.  

Because I added an extender, the length is adjustable; starting at 30.5 cm. (12"), up to 46.5 cm. (18 1/4").

It closes with a lobster claw clasp.

If you would prefer the tail loop up rather than dangle, just let me know at time of purchase, and I can easily add a hook. at at the end.
