Because Disneyland, in Orlando Florida didn’t open until 1971, and the tag mentions both Walt Disney World and Disneyland, we have to assume that this Rubber Face Baby Pluto dates to the early 1970’s.

He is in very good condition with minimal paint loss on his face. There is a small bare spot on the underside of his nose. He also has a small 1/4” or so place on the back of his head where the seam needs restitching, the stitching is only loose and no stuffing is falling out.
