This is pattern #309 from Stipples Made Easy. It is a 26' x 9.25" roll of paper with adhesive backing. You adhere this to the top of your basted "quilt sandwich" and you will be able to machine quilt on the lines using your free motion foot and then tearing away the paper after stitching is complete.
