Vintage Vanderwood Bone China Teacup & Saucer with Violet Pattern Tea Cup Made in England English Tea Party

A wonderful find of a vintage lavender violet design tea cup and saucer set by Vanderwood in England. A lovely set sure to bring a truly feminine touch to tea time!

The cup measures approximately 2-1/4" inches tall, 3-3/4" inches in the top diameter and has a 6 ounces capacity. The fluted saucer is about 5-1/2" in diameter. The set has been delicately accented with gold, and on the underside of each piece is the Vanderwood stamp. Based on style and design the best information I can gather is that the set is from mid-60's. There are no cracks, chips, crazing or damage.
