Joan Rivers, Women's Black Sequined Skirt, tagged Sz XS.  No holes nor rips, seems slightly larger than an extra Small.  Elastic waist,  lined, 100% Polyester.  Mannequin's waist is 26.5 & hip 37.5, it's a little loose on it.  Could be worn as a top??
